We have a 37’ x 46’ x 13’ shed which we are going to sell as it’s in the middle of a yard which we are developing. Painted steel work, wooden purlins, fibre cement roof and fibre cement sheeted level with eaves each end. Buyer to dismantle. Good access and the use of telehandler. Just wondering what people think it’s worth please.
Thanks

Age of the roof is important- older sheets probably won’t be re-usable, in which case you are valuing the steelwork. (If it is asbestos you obviously have a significant liability for disposal.)

having just put up a second hand shed , even with own labour there is not the saving over new that folks think, the chances are that the roof and guttering will need replacing ( the time and effort taken in trying to save and then refit s/h cement sheets almost outweighs the cost and labour of fitting new tin , so in effect any buyer is only getting stanchions and the purlins plus a lot of work and disposal costs,

I had a similar shed to sell six months back, though asbestos cement sheets, part half profile clad walls, rest concrete block. Local shed builder advised me £1/sq.ft if you do well, perhaps only 50p depending who comes along.

Had loads of interest from here, ebay and various places - small sheds are handy for so many people. Some serious, some less so. Plenty said to me you'll be lucky to get someone to take it without paying you.

Ended up selling for just a bit less than £1/sq.ft. Buyer dismantled and removed all bar the concrete blocks.

Everyone was happy. Whether the buyer saved much on new I can't say.

I'm sure you'll sell it without too much issue.
