Hi I am looking for land approx 10-15 acres thats not high quality farming fields ( a hilly area, with a wood by a stream so really an area not used for crops, We have set one up 4 years ago in the green belt with a change of use planning approval, its succeeded very well and now looking to set up others, Our existing park has a carbon zero footprint, wildflowers and wildlife have retuned as we leave some long grass, the clients have caused no problems and the council are very happy. We are looking to pay between £400-£500 pa and will look after the land as agreed by the owner. I have proof of all this in everything you would want to check and would like you to come and see our existing park. This is a growing industry as dog ownership is on the rise so would love to chat and discuss more with interested parties. This should give a good revenue on a piece of land that has in the past cost you money to maintain with no income from.

Oh how I love these Posts.

people think farmers are daft and aren’t able to diversify In house!?

land is 95% of the ingredients here, the other 5 is delivery which would nor be hard to find.

Mate, if you want 15 acres off me its going to cost you £7500/year at the very least. There aren't any fools on this forum for you to con.
