Any recommendation for security posts like this please. Looking at getting ones that fold over. Thank you.

Fold over ones are only any good if you have some really good concrete to fix them down too, a holiday flat block we own one in were having trouble with parking one owner used a fold down one, was backed into the first day and pushed right over, we used a slide down one no issues so far.

Cant see those fancy ones being much good, after one good bash they will never telescope again...
We have one like the post above yours, has been backed into a few times judging by the paint scratches, still drops fine, doubt it would like being hit by a tractor by dont get too many in Bournemouth 😁

We put some chunky bollards up to guard delivery trucks from cutting over corners and wrecking the roofs, gutters etc of the sheds. They were bent and bu**ered within weeks and looked terrible. We then set in some rsj, painted green all fine and dandy. These got the occasional strike too, bending them and again looking unsightly after a couple of months.

We then got some 254 x 146 universal beams, 2m long and welded 100 x 100 angle in a diagonal cross one end and sank them into a metre square hole, backfilling with concrete so 1m protruded above the surface. We painted that bright yellow. The concrete lorry driver said it reminded him of the D-day beaches.

Occasionally, some careless souls do make contact. If I'm around, it sounds like a large tuning fork has just been twanged. A quick wire brush and occasional repaint keeps them looking nice - oh and sweeping up the amber plastic, fibreglass and aluminium.....

sounds about right, I think I’ll skip the first few steps you mention though.

only trouble is mowing it, looks awful if you can’t do it neatly. Drivers these days are beyond comprehension sometimes
