That's what I was thinking ,one month no rain, one month double the rainAs long as it stops unlike the last two years
ah yes ,though with luck we should be able to get finished as well on and the rain has certainly helped making seedbeds quicker and cheaper plus you can almost hear the grass growing which will help the livestock sideAs long as it stops unlike the last two years
I have never grown it before. I only needed some seed because some home saved "blend" was not good enough to keep.ok see your point but was you can properly gather wouldnt have been my first choice
I rang around just asked what was available. Was offered exstase . . . . . .
I rang round for what was available and they got me Saki out the next day. You could have had my C2 home grown Extase for feed.
It’s expensive per can but not per tonne. Treating your own seed saves many many pounds. Don’t forget your pa11 though if you’re assured. It needs a different formulation to stick it to seed. Probably not that expensive to make though.
I’ve had some Costello delivered at 38, which is as low as I can ever remember . The Gleam is 51.I don’t ‘do’ wheat, but what is the quality of bought in WW seed like this year?
I had a lorry come with a delivery today, who also had half a dozen bags of seed wheat on. One of them had a tgw of 40g on the label, which I don’t think I’ve ever seen before.
You’d surely have to be desperate for the delivery not to send that back?

Ton of a new variety we intended to go big on next year delivered, after many unaccountable delays, yesterday just after 74 mm rain has completely stopped us for this year.Got the last of my seed delivered today, however 35mm of rain since yesterday means it’s now going to sit in the shed for the foreseeable future, ffs
