Semi permanent sheep fencing any ideas!?

Hi,

I'm trying to work out how to make a semi permanent sheep fence to fence off around 3.5 acres.
The solution is probably really obvious but I haven't been able to think of anything!
I have considered electric fencing but have never had much luck it always seems to end up tangling and the sheep escape!
It would only be for ewes until they lamb so don't have to worry about lamb proofing.
It's probably already been covered in a previous thread but couldn't seem to find anything.
Unfortunately it has to be temporary or semi permanent as dad wants to grow Christmas trees where it would be.
Unfortunately I have to find a solution soon as I have bought a few too many sheep (or so dad says!) and he wants me to sell if I can't fence off more grazing.

Many thanks!

+1 for electric
If its semi-permanent you could use the stranded steel wire, stronger and more conductive than the polywire. cheap wooden posts on the corners plastic electric fence posts in between, 3 strand usually fine for sheep

A few wooden posts and sheep netting tied up to them. Used to do a fair distance along the dykes with uncle years ago to stop the lambs getting blown over the banks.

Electric is better and easier though.
