Septic tank or treatment plant

Need to put in a couple of tanks for some offices. Approx 6-10 people per unit.

Can I still use septic tank? Or do I need to go treatment plant?

If going treatment plant, I'd like to fit something with no moving parts. Are multiple cell systems acceptable?

Ive recently put a new septic tank in for our new build. Soakaway was approx 30m heading towards some trees and a hedge. Building inspector signed it off and said the hedge and tree will absorb all the water!!

Does it not all depend on how your soil porosity test digs for building control go?
If it drains away quickly septic tank should be fine. If it takes all day then treatment plant probably be insisted upon.

You are still allowed septic tanks

IME depends on the ground. Speak to Luke at cotteril civils @Steevo

A friend bought a septic tank a few months ago, the driver unloaded it, and told us a tip, he said deadly serious, you know what you want to do mate, before you put it in the ground, put your hammer through the bottom of the tank, then you'll never have to empty it, no one will ever know. :ROFLMAO:
