Not having much joy finding this type of adaptor cable. It is for a 15 pin serial port to std USB. The serial port is on a 2003 Dell monitor which I'd like to use? Thanks

Connect a small laptop to a Dell 15" monitor, bigger screen. Just realised I think I can go 15 pin VGA to HDMI.
