Service Engineer Wanted Large Biomass Boilers

Manco Energy are looking for an experienced and competent Biomass Service Engineer to join our team. As the Biomass Service Engineer, you will be required to service, maintain and install biomass systems ranging from 1mw to 5mw and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer to join an established and growing biomass business and become part of a well-respected business within the industry.
Manco Energy only install the Lin ka range of boilers. These are powered by a range of fuels including straw. Our main customer base is agriculture, horticulture, diary and poultry. You would be working on site with occasional nights away from home as required. Long hours and high mileage will be needed from the right person. We are looking for the can do attitude , with problem solving skills . We are looking for someone to cover Yorkshire down to Cambridgeshire, we do have other areas also which you may need to attend to.


The ideal candidate will be:
  • Experience in service of large biomass systems.
  • Good mechanical knowledge including servicing and breakdowns of boilers.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and independently.
  • Meet high standards for work, safety, and environment
  • High attention to detail and be very customer focused.
  • Good communication both to customer and the rest of the team.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Solutions not problems!
