C&O Tractors are seeking to appoint a Service Manager for the operation of the Blandford Depot Service Department.
You will be an experienced team leader with excellent organisational skills and have the expertise to build and develop the team. A good mechanical knowledge and experience in the agricultural and construction sectors will be an advantage.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, the Service Manager will manage all aspects of the Service Department in such a manner as to maximise the department’s return on assets by optimising departmental profitability. With an ability to increase departmental turnover by motivating all staff (a team of 10) to be the best they can be, the Service Manager will provide high levels of support and follow-up to both internal and external customers.
