Servicing a Domusa biomass boiler

I have a Domusa biomass boiler that needs a service and is currently showing a fault E-15 (Insufficient air depression during ignition pre-purge step). The proposed solution is to check the running connection of the air pressure sensor. Does anyone know how I do this and can anyone recommend a good, reliable and honest servicing agent who covers Lanarkshire?

Unfortunately I cannot help with this situation but may I ask about your thoughts of the Demusa boiler? Lost out on a biomass install quote in the Staffordshire to an installer who fitted a Deumsa but I have not seen one in action before.
