Could any body point me in the direction ,of somebody breaking handlers or may be a skid steer , i am thinking of converting a loading shovel from cable control to a servo unit , so i would require joy sick spool valve etc my hydraulic output is 80 litres s a min and i will take the charge supply off the power steering. Any advice would be appreciated if this is feasible?

depending on brand and quality a servo hydraulic valve will be quite expensive if you want proportional controls, a 12v hydraulic spool valve would be cheaper but it would binary as in, either on or off so to speak so thats no good.
@Mr Happy may be able to help you more on this, he be the hyd guru about here.
