Setting the hydraulics on a 35

For setting the hydraulics on a 135/35 and 565 would I be right in saying you need to take the panel off and setting it with a feeler gauge.
What panel the side plate do you mean with dipstick in

There is a setting behind there the lever works the valve

Are the arms working at all
Have you painted the quadrant guides/had them off and lever dropped right around.

You've got it, the side plate! The hydraulics work but they are either up or down. The quadrant guides haven't been played with to my knowledge. Do you use a feeler gauge?

To much for me to write
Here this might help
