setting up a farmers market

looking into different ways to diversify at the moment,what are the pros and cons of setting up a farmers market on our farm,we have buildings where i could either set it up inside(if raining) or outside,would do it once a month,would planning be an issue?any other regulation?what is a general charge for a stall?
