The last weather warning a few weeks ago was a damp squib in Crapweathershire. 3 foggy days and some drizzle. Not seen anything yet to rival 1976, 1983/4, 1990, and 2013.

Any one for Llanelwedd? Been there in heatwaves and in washout conditions and although it won’t be raining the 32-34 degree forcast for Monday aint filling me with a lot of excitement!!!

I’m fed up of hearing about it. As you say, can’t enjoy a bit of sunshine and heat without it being all scary and life threatening.

It’s pathetic what we’ve become!

This time last year I was really struggling with the heat - I almost never wear shorts, but was living in them


Other than for shearing I haven't taken my top off yet (wearing t-shirts/polo shirts underneath) this year. It's warm, but not hot here. I had my overalls on, big fleece and smock on when checking stock on the bike this morning!

No thunderstorms forecast yet. These hot spells usually finish with a spectacular storm, which I'll predict for early hours of Wednesday morning.

I'm sure it will be 'Unprecedented', and yet another sign of the 'Climate Emergency'!
I wonder what is the cut-off date going back where this pattern of weather stopped being 'Weather', and started being 'Climate Emergency'?
