OFC2 and 4 (from memory) say you can't use them if land has previously been registered with an Organic certifying body.
I get that, as you could just keep converting!
But we were previously in conversion under CS, (horticulture and grazing), failed due to personal circumstances, and did not receive payment.
We would like to reapply. Waiting for a reply from RPA but wondered what anyone else thought?
Will we be able to retry?
