Shakaerator info request

Do Shakaerator legs taper from top to bottom at all or are they straight plate?
Not the shins or anything, just the main leg?
I can’t find a front on photo on Google to see and don’t know anyone who owns one to go have a look.
Can anyone with one tell me?
Many thanks as always.

The legs are cast steel but can be welded, They are 32mm thick but at the knock on point its only 23mm.
I am looking for some worn or bent legs if there are any local. I have 2 part worn legs hear with wide points and new shins for px, ( sorry for hijack ).

Thanks for the info. Bring cast, how easily can they be drilled?
Why do you want to drill them . If your buying some , get the ones you can use the points that have a roll pin to hold them on , @Tim Howard . Put these in twb but need to cut some leg tops s as nd cut. Shaky legs as brackets we made to bolt legs too makes them very long, whst are they like to weld.

A direct drill for planting money trees!!
I normally cut the legs about 4" from the top and weld a thick plate around the stump to take my socket. Agricast weld sumo leg bottoms on the shakaerator legs so i'm not the only one. No problem welding them at all.

No problem with welding these, just make sure you weld the bottoms on straight as the sides do taper slightly as mentioned by @Tim Howard.

These were some short legs we welded our 20mm thick LDX bottoms to.

Make sure you grind them well down if you want a neat finish.
