Shearwell Turbo Tagger

Apparently Shearwell are to be banned from selling their turbo tagger pliers. They have apparently been found to be in contravention of international legal prohibition of torture.

It is believed that UN peacekeepers found a pair of the pliers in the possession of a hill farmer who inflicted them upon their employee.

It is unknown what the exact circumstances were that led to the repeatedly inflicted cruelty, but Blackie feeder lambs were understood to have also been involved.

The employee has been rescued, and after extensive psychotherapy and mental health care, has been able to resume their career using every single other form of tagging plier known to man, because every single one of them is infinity better that the ludicrously designed, frustratingly fragile, ergonomically diabolical instrument of medieval Spanish inquisition "truth extraction" sold for much money by shearwell

Bought them with 1000 slaughter tags. Paid good money for them. Couldn't believe how awful they are. Went back to Brian Eadie's Roxan invention and immediately lowered blood pressure back to normal.

Just to be clear in case anyone hasn't got the message:

THEY'RE SHYTE!!!!

Lol that made me laugh.

I had a problem with a Mk1 tagger so told them there were issues and send the mk2, the delivery van was on the yard when the rod that pushes through the back snapped rendering them useless with hundreds of lambs to tag.
In an open race their fine but a weighcrate, combi clamp, narrow race their poor, I was more shocked they charged me for the taggers when I ordered 2,000 tags in 1 hit.

I think it's probably better to not refill the drums till you are going to actually do the tagging. Then the tag has more springyness and is wider apart if you see what I mean.
Surely it would be just as quick to hold a strip of 10 in your mouth and tag away than fill the turbo tagger and then go tagging.

No flexibility with Shearwell, I orders 1000 kill tags and and 200 replacement double tags from them and said can you throw in a set of targgers (£9) and the lady on reception said she would have to ask!!! I then said if I get a bill I am off somewhere else and guess what, I got a bill for the tiggers so I could do with a recommendation of other tag companies. Tight buggers.
