Hi all, I have a shed that is suitable for cattle and straw that is 2700 sqft and about 10 acres of arable/ pasture land. Does anyone know what I could rent it out for? Located in south Devon. Has water and electricity and also has two stables with concrete hard standing.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you.

What ever someone will give you possibly?
Ask local land agents etc etc.
Make sure done correctly as may never get out or find sheds rammed full of toxic waste etc etc etc type wasters about.
Ideal, that was my next port of call. However, I have had an estate agent value the land for rent of around £100/ acre but surly the barns would add worth to it?

Do you know local farmers or just bought as an investment?
Maybe neighbour's might be interested, worth asking about?
Horse set ,may be interested but be wary too.
Is there good road access?
Storage, etc or change of use possibilities too maybe or planning for house etc. All possibly achieve higher rents also??

If that is all you are going to get better leave it as is and just top it yourself once a year. Not have no aggro for only 1k a year.
Are you actually farming?? If off-flying possibly look into developing shed for home etc.

What sort of money would that create?
Tenant running it, or you? world of difference.

should do massively so, but there are many many pitfalls.

Get a decent agent on it.
I'm not far away if you want impartial advice....pm me.
