Thought some would like to see some of the new cattle shed we are putting up.
First day today clearing the site. The shed is a 90x45. And a extended yard.

Wish I had 300 acre like it. They built the bloomin farm yard on the best land on the farm and left the clay to grow crops on.

After building up a slope with about 1000 ton of stone we now have a shed base.

The man driving the digger. R Gilson I work for him now and again doing sheds (I enjoy it something a bit different) so he's putting it up and I'm helping. He also does my combining.
Yep it's getting capped with plainings. It's 4 ft plus deep at one end so should be firm enough.

Yep on both accounts. The man with the drone is R Gilson. He's not really done many shed photos with his drone but he's taking Ariel photos of the build. Should be a few to show later on

It's a bit stop start with the weather but when he can be here he's been at it.

Should be loads cheaper than S&A would charge to erect it. Good quality sheds though

It wasnt actually his first choice, but lloyds did him a good deal. So far its proved to be very very good. It does look a bit strange mind.

Just finished (well some slight modifications to be made when some fixings arrival) a shed build.. Started late Sept.. So did drag on a bit doing it on my own.. Not wanting to high jack but happy to share some photos (it's a similar scale)

Not quite yet. Had to do a mod on the front, windbrace was too high on the front, s and a were told about it at 9 this morning, had it sorted by dinner time, cant fault that for service.
Pannels in tomorrow, i should have timed it right for it to pee down, when we want to roof it.
