Hi
Not that much can be done now but how safe is a portal frame Shed with just the frame and roof up. No walls in yet just pillars bolted to pads.
Winds up to 130km/hr forecast
Should I be nervous?

I am surprised that there aren't any braces at the tops of the legs, otherwise that looks as though it should be fine, you have storm bracing in each end bay and an eaves support beam by the look of it.

Are all the box bolts fairly tight? Have you put the runny cement stuff in the cones

I would be worried too, but what can you do about it? a quick heap of big bales somewhere in there may make it worse.

Ask the suppliers.

the only thing i would be worried about is the roof sheets at the gable verges, the sheets that span 2 purlin gaps will not be fixed at the verges on the centre purlin if they are all fixed on the 2nd corrie in so not to interfere with barges it will be fine (learnt this the hard way in 1988 @ Alton in Hampshire)

Oh yeah there set in concrete
Yes , but builder normally shims base plates in centre of them with a steel packer all set at exactly same level makes it easy to plumb and line legs as they will move / tilt on packer , tighten bolts and grout ,
