Depends where you are as much as anything
Or a few loads stacked around the outside, as straw stacked inside will deflect the wind upwards-ish?Get a few loads straw in it quick to break the wind lift is best if you could ?
Looks open landscape too but bound to know prevailing wind direction.Or a few loads stacked around the outside, as straw stacked inside will deflect the wind upwards-ish?
If one outside wall of straw falls over you've got a kite.
Stack straw inside at 45 degrees to wind directions? or in a diamond shape in middle?
When it comes down to it there's very little you can do.
Depends where you are relative to the eye. Directions likely to change during the day. Here in middle Ireland looks like we'll be getting it from the South-East in the morning and then from the West in the afternoon.Looks open landscape too but bound to know prevailing wind direction.
Hi
Not that much can be done now but how safe is a portal frame Shed with just the frame and roof up. No walls in yet just pillars bolted to pads.
Winds up to 130km/hr forecast
Should I be nervous?View attachment 590086
Can you insure it as a partially built shed? Thought it needed to be finished to get insuranceDon't worry about it.
Check it's insured and stay in the house wiggling your toes in front of the fire.

How's it looking @Pa85 ?
It's turned a bit rougher here now since 4pm. It was quite nice before - windy but bright.
Feb 2014 we had a couple of weeks of stormy weather as we were putting up a pole barn for machinery and we had to park machines against the uprights.
