Having reduced numbers and diversified I have an empty steel portal shed that someone local wants to fill with cattle this winter.
I'm not providing any labour or feed , so I was going to charge a head payment per day.
Do I get them to shift the muck at the end too ?
Thinking 25p/day?

I know long term I ought to be storing non farm stuff in them

Thanks

You would have to be in your toes to count and charge on a headage basis
We rent a cattle shed for a flat fee plus water use charge. Muck is ours and we are responsible for keeping it all tidy and shipshape
