Would there be any interest in conversion to houses?
speaking as someone that would like a chance to have his own farm but cant for financial reason. It gets on my goat when farm buildings or land comes up there is always someone wanting to build on them i understand the money for this is good but once the farm land is gone its gone

I totally understand; just offering an idea if the OP can not find a suitable tenant.

The land maybe, but sometimes the buildings are better converted and then new buildings built that serve the enterprise better.

yes I know that but what I meant was when houses are build and over priced so just the rich can have a home in the country and then complain about ever thing
