Sheep books Health and vet type

I bought a copy of the Vet book for sheep farmers a decade or so ago. I was younger and keener, and did read a good bit of it, but it's sat on the shelf untouched ever since. To be honest, most of it was outdated then, and even more so now. Internet searches are a much more valuable resource now, and would always be my 'go to' for anything weird and wonderful.
The odd thing like diseases and problems can be handy to get descriptions of even if out of date. I phoned my vets once about a problem and I’d already read the vet book about it. They read word for word what I’d already read, they said that’s all they had too so couldn’t help more than that. Those with dedicated sheep vets don’t know how lucky they are.

There have been few technical advances, if any, in sheep husbandry in the last 45 years. So what part of David Henderson's was out of date a decade ago?

Late edit: Sorry, I forgot about the introduction of scanning in about 1983, only about 37 years ago. And the much more recent widespread use of anti-inflammatories to ease pain.

Was Jim your vet? he was my uncle, so I have a signed copy, that's one up man ship gone mad!
No , his was a neighboring practice , but well known locally.
He and our vet B.Turner were friends and shared the interest particularly of sheep but I did attend a lambing course put on by him many many yrs ago :)
Of course he had many other interests , his local community being one.
Pity that he suffered with ill health in his last few years..
