I use a local firm for planning She is very reasonable with price for drawing and submitting plans She gets most things passed

We put 300 in a 90 x 60 shed with room for about 20 little pens down one wall. Wouldn't want any more sheep in than that though.

Anyone fancy doing me a quote for a 320x100x16 shed. 2m Concrete walls both sides and ends. 3 doors each end. Yorkshire boarding. Etc. Including erection but not ground works?

ballpark figure £6 per sq ft. Plus groundwork plus concrete panels. Erected

It wasn't you I was getting at. It was that bloke that reckons you can put up a livestock building within 400m of house under prior notification.
