Assume your in the UK? Have you worked with sheep dip lately, did anything happen while you were using it like inhalation etc? I would have said if you had been poisioned somehow you might be throwing up. From what symptoms you have listed and whats going on in this country atm I would get a COVID 19 test asap, especially if you have been out socialising recently.

Sounds like it could be a kind of poisoning... years ago a spent a day knapsack spraying with MCPA and had virtually the same symptoms as you, lasted about 5 days... won’t be doing that again..
As said above I would definitely get a Covid 19 test done to be sure..

Update. After taking ill on the Monday I was in bed till the Thurs. Couldn’t face eating, just drinking water. No spewing, but the sh1!s. Went for Covid test on the Fri an was clear. Had some homeopathic stuff on the Fri night, was already feeling tad better. Managed to get out on Sat an do light work. Now Weds an I’ve spent most of the day working with sheep. Talking dirty lambs an mineral drench. Feeling very luck I got better so quick after being so unwell. I wish I was able to fully know what made me so rough.

If this was a genuine reaction to sheep dip, the symptoms would happen very very quickly, like in minutes after first being exposed. Some people do not react well to certain chemicals, for example I do not react well to the active ingredient in spot on cat and dog treatments. If I touch it, I know about it within 20 minutes.

Thought the organophosphate in dips was banned years ago, terrible stuff, l had problems with the same stuff in warble fly dressing back in the eighties, suffered a stiff back days after using it, a week later l could not climb in and out of milking pit. on the floor six months could not climb the stairs for a year, lost my memory for quite a while, still have problems but can now blame my age.
