Sheep Tack Ideas

Location
Norfolk
I am currently lambing 2000 ewes and running 350 dry ewe hoggs. This has gone well and we have increased numbers year on year.
I have been contacted by several nearby arable guys who want to grow large areas of stubble turnips. Now my plan is to reduce ewe numbers to 1500, increase dry ewe hoggs to sell as shearlings. Another idea is to take other farmers ewes or lambs on tack. I know it's been spoken about many times, but, is there much demand and if so how much £/hd/wk could I expect.
I am located on the Norfolk/Cambs border, have mobile sheep kit, rappa trailer, quad and lots of elec fence. What are your thoughts?? Thanks in advance

The main question is are you looking for extra work or not. If you are then keep ewe nuumbers the same and provide a tack service for others on the arable land. Other option might be to increase your flock, lamb later(say may) and finish your own lambs on the stubble turnips?

Re tack rates I think about 70ppw?

Not lambing ewes on roots, just keeping ewes in lamb or fattening stores. Not looking for extra work, to be honest have struggled a bit this year, (also run a contract shepherding/shearing service).
Lots of ideas going through mind atm. I really need to either cut ewe numbers and have lambs on tack and do things myself. Or keep ewe numbers similar and have a lot of tack lambs whilst employing a full time shepherd. Could finance some extra store lambs myself and keep some over to sell as shearling? Is there anyone needing summer grazing for dry sheep? recently been offered grazing on solar parks.
