Wheres trading standards in these cases? Surely at the very least it should be a multi agency investigation .
Tried that one, put them all in touch with each other, no use! I even know a tame trading standards girl an made a phone call to her an sorted it out an they still couldn’t get together and discuss!! Local auctioneer had a list of 14 farms that had stock stolen an I gave the police his number to contact but they didn’t bother with that either! I thought if all those elements could be pulled together it would be a good start but I failed miserably!! 😂

They don’t seem to think livestock theft is an issue?

When we've had 'em here like that I tell 'em we haven't any ready but I'll take their phone number so I can ring them when we have.

They've never left a number yet but if they ever do it'll be the first port of call the next time we have some missing.

Everyone with sheep away will be having to have the wildest mountain sheep they can find to cut the risk of these scroats rounding em up !

So they can't do anything until they find someone who reports a sheep missing??
What about asking the 'suspects' for a bill of sale from the person who they say sold them it??....
...or asking them what their holding number is???......
.....or asking them why they haven't got an AML1 form??....
....or don't all the thimgs that we farmers have to comply with applly to random blokes with a live ewe in the back of a car??

Makes you wonder why we bother with all that sort of stuff if it's not a legal requirement.

Bet the ewe had a maaaaarvelous day out!

Well there is a reason that livestock aren't often left unattended in the third world sh!tholes that these skanks have left behind. They think it's like finding the supermarket left unlocked when they get here.

if it happened out in their country the locals would beat them to within an inch of their lives, hear the so called locals get a petition up for them to stop them been deported ? or imagine if the police got hold of you out in these countries ? here they demand a lawyer who speaks for them and milks the govt for money to defend them in the end they are sueing the police for wrongful arrest and demanding yes demanding a large monetery compensation?
