Sheep trailer make

Very contradictory, first it was well under 9k. And ifor was 800 less. Then it was 9k delivered making ifor 8.2k, but then ifor was under 8k before discount. Sounds like you've just put some figures to make you feel like you've got a lot better trailer for a little more money. It's been mentioned earlier in this thread a new tri axle 14ifor with decks can be bought for 5300. That's 3700 less than your gamic
Not a bit contradictory, it was just over 9k after I had paid for delivery from Wales to Scotland. The trailer itself was under 8.5k if you must know. And the IWT I was quoted was over 7.5k from memory, as I said I didn't bother going down the discount route as it wasn't going to be 2k. And having had 3 IWT and watched the steady reduction in quality it made the cost of a rattle wagon inconsequential. But thanks for your detective skills. If you can show me where you get a 14 foot IWT with all the extras for that price please forward so I can buy them up and resell up here for vast profit because our local dealers are obviously at it

If I didn't know better I would think you were the driver of an over priced MF that goes by the name of a Fendt and drives about thinking you are in some way better than all other tractor drivers on the road haha

Not sure if it’s still the same but this was the price list in 2018.

@livestock 1 yeah very good mate, can’t complain about anything other than the catch for lifting the ramp isn’t the easiest and annoying I’ve got to climb over the hurdles to lower the ramp as got to use my foot to kick the catch around. Other than that it’s faultless.

Don’t try lifting it with ropes from the roof with 3000kg of sheep in if you get stuck, I tried it out of desperation and it put a slight dent in it, 3 taps with rubber mallet and it’s like new again.. the odd bolt is rusting slightly but i am on the coast, it’s certainly far better condition than a 3 year old grass Harrow that’s only worked in the dry and stored/oiled in a shed.

Brother got a new 14ft Ifor last week with decks, dividing gates, etc sure he said £5300 without trade in.
What more do you want on your ifor? I am the driver of a over priced Fergie but only for two more months then I'll be the driver of a fergies poorer cousin. I'm no detective just quoted your three posts and pulled the figures you put and wrote them in my post. Most detective work I did was go back one page second post down for the ifor price quote. Just hardly think it fair to put that ifor was so much because you weren't gonna ask sale price cause you didn't think it would be thousands less. My fergies poor cousin is costing me£179,656.33(your ifor) I could have had a over priced Fergie for £127.500(your gamic)

Just to throw a spanner in the works in this little spat in the few comments above ( no offence to any of you this time ) but VAT will make a difference, a iWT at £5300 becomes £6360. Gamic at say with vat £8400 is £6720 without. Ooh ;)

Wow! £6225 for a tri axle, with vat makes it £7470. No idea is the Gamic with or without vat at £8500?
As my post above that is a list price. Do you really think I would of paid that for a valtra when I could of had a fendt for that. Both figures are 100% correct I just chose to tell you list price of one and actual sale price of other. You need to talk to a dealer for the discounted sale price, and if you talk nicely to him he might even make it a few more %less

No spat just healthy debate. Yes that's just my assumption when I deal in stuff I get told a price and assume it's plus vat unless I'm told its including. Like I say above you can write true figures down but still misrepresent fact. If somebody can confirm that a gamic is £8400including vat or in fact as I believe they are now £9500ish if that's including vat can you please let me know as I'll order one tomorrow and smile along with rest of you as I know how good the lifting deck is as I have it in my big box with the added benefit of it been a ? over ? so I don't have to stup to wash floor out. No offense if anybody thinks any can be taken?

Why the hell would you? Dilute the market, arms race to the bottom, more labour and head aches. They're a young family with a strong brand loyalty and a full order book. I think they should stick as they are and let the others run faster for nothing

I think only a farmer could have written that tbh
There is at least an 18 month waiting time for gamic stock trailer
What good is that?

5 months according to someone who had 1 yesterday?
it’s not uncommon these days to wait 6-8 months for a tractor, 12-24 months for a sprayer and guess what the Ifor rattle boxes are? 6+ months unless the dealer has it in stock!

Just get one ordered, then walk into a ifor dealer buy what ever they have in stock or can source quickly. Then in 18months when your ifors rattled in bits your gamic with be ready jobs a good understanding.
18 month waiting time for stock trailer and that come from a mate of gamic
Employee
There obviously wrong check below this man would of had his in 'around' 5month if the lock down hadn't happened.
Just taken order of a 14 foot tri axle Gamic sheep trailer and absolutely amazed with it. Build quality is amazing and how everything is designed perfect. Cost was well under 9k and I would have had in March if lock down hadn't occurred, around 5 months waiting time. Priced an Ifor Williams and by the time it was delivered and with everything added to it the cost was only 800 cheaper. My Hudson lasted 8 years but is now falling to bits, but that is still way better than the IWT I had before. You get what you pay for in my opinion.
November 2016 I had a quote from Gamic for £8520 + VAT for a 14ft wheels outside tri axle.
You know you were quoted to much one ordered around last October was only £8500 or just over £9000 or summat like that?

I went for a Nugent as needed 1 there and then as didn’t have a box before.

It's life. At the end of the day I bet they find the customers prepared to wait the whatever months and have a trailer made for their specification probably easier to deal with than some that want anything cheap yesterday .....
There is a 4x4 dealer in Mid Wales who get fed up waiting for Gamic to make canopies for pickups and started making his own , he now has 2
full time welders with one month waiting time supplying other dealers over big area
