Sheepdog training

Hi. we are looking to diversify on our small holding to train sheepdogs including individual lessons and group training.
What worries me is if that will make us liable to business rates and change of use..I.e. is training sheepdogs to here classes as agriculture? Does anyone have any thoughts or experience?

Just get on with it
