Saw a new one on me this week,10 year old blinged up pick up pulled in beside the road by police car .All lights flashing on the patrol car and the ticker display saying pulled in for no insurance.Good idea I thought.

All tipper lorries have to be sheeted, why are tractor and trailers any different, and that is an insecure load. Even tools thrown in the back of an uncovered pickup are now classed as insecure load.

I was lead to believe the contents of the trailer has to be lower than the side and unable to blow away.
