DIRECTIONS: The farm is situated approx 1½ South West of Honiton. From Honiton take the A30 towards for one junction, turn off at Iron Bridge junction signposted Ottery ST Mary. Take left and immediate left again ‘To the Sale Signs’ will be posted locally on the day of the sale.

VIEWING: On Friday 16th March between 12.00 noon to 4.00pm or on morning of the sale from 8.00am onwards.

VAT: The vendor is VAT registered, so VAT will be added to the purchase price of most lots unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

OUTSIDE ENTRIES: Outside Entries are welcomed into the sale.

REFRESHMENTS: Mobile Catering will be in attendance.

CLEARANCE: Please note that the vendor is ceasing the tenancy on Friday 23rd March 2018, so all lots must be removed from the farm by 5.00pm Friday 23rd March 2018.
