I have stored tonnes of stuff in containers. Unless something wet went in (or doors open on a damp day) nothing went mouldy. They were supplied from new with anti condensation paint I think inside and you need to make sure those two little vents aren't blocked.
Plyboard is fine, doesn't go mouldy as once insulated there is no condensation.
Screw the ground batten to the wooden floor, wedge in the uprights then brace the sides with roof sheet.
I use mine as secure workshop so require heat in winter and fan to cool/ventilate in summer.
