Shooting Permission.

Hi all,

I'm looking for a permission anywhere in the West Midlands, South Staffordshire, or Worcestershire.

I am a full member of the BASC and am a qualified BASC Safeshot. I have a lifetime of experience in multiple disciplines, both in practice and teaching.

Ok enough rambling on...any Farmers that are having issues with pigeons or rabbits, please let me know and I would happily lend a helping hand, or gun;)

I would like to ask all the farmers on here:

Do you mind people coming round, knocking on the door, and asking for permission to shoot?

Would you prefer if someone called beforehand, though it would be a cold call.

Any help/replies would be greatly appreciated.

I do mind cold callers.

The only help I could suggest would be try and get into a beating team perhaps, get to know people in the area before looking for 'shooting'.
Thanks for the suggestion Jon!

I hope to join a beaters team during the season, maybe get the wife involved too!

Also, just thought I'd also mention that I'd be more than happy to help out with rabbit control in paddocks or around gardens etc too. Both with shotgun and air rifle (if quiet is required).
