Pateley Bridge has a market on a Saturday. Places to see Scar House reservoir is a good walk, Coldstone cuts, Brimham Rocks is good for the kids.

There is, or at least was, a lovely hotel in Pately High Street we stayed in when visiting Pately Show. It and its Landlord reminded me of Bate's Motel in Phycho.

Looks like good ground around here. Big dairy herd out grazing just out of Harrogate towards Pately. Looked impressive in amongst the walls. Thought I would see fields full of gimmer lambs and feeders!

A nice village , drive from patley bridge goth waited reservoir over to Healey and Fearby, took a young lady over there years ago one of the villages is nice.
