short term land hire

Hi guys. I am on the lookout for a peice of secluded land suitable for a private birthday party of no more than 150 campers, with amplified entertainment. My 40th is not until 1st July 2017, but I am looking around now, to get the jump on any camp sites taking repeat bookings.

I would wish to have this covered by a public entertainment licence, and have SIA badged gste staff to limit the attendants to invited only, and obviously understand that every suitable attempt should be made to avoid disruptance to local residents.

If this is something you may be interested in helping with, or could recommend some suitable sites, that would be much appreciated. Thank you,

Dave

Personally, I am based in Bedfordshire, but I understand seclusion is hard to come by round here, so I would be prepaired to travel if it opens up oppertunity.

For an empty field I would not pay any more than £500, if you have facilities that would save me having to hire toilets and showers etc, I would pay extra. Some camp sites have warehousing or empty barns, that would save me on marquee hire, but obviously they would need need to be clear & safe.

I'm hoping that I will not have to charge people to cone, it will be my 40th birthday party, and only invited guests. If costs spiral I may consider asking people for a minimum donation. But the purpose is not to turn a profit.
