When I was young a chap in our village called Fred Campling had a large collection of David Browns . I remember him having them all lined up down the driveway to his yard one summer .

He still lives in the village but sold his collection years ago . Fred must be 90ish but he still goes out Norfolk on his beet harvester every year and still carts his own wheat in to the local store on his magnum and huge Bailey trailer .Thats the man!! Back in the 1970's he had, I think, every model made up to that point.
Do you know what became of him and his collection?

Brilliant! David Brown did a film of him, showing off all his tractors, I'm sure he was front page of DB Tractor News once, too!
