Shredder tub grinder

apparently with recycling job now they have to use white and is crippling reshredfing of low grade timber
one guy wants 2300 plus fuel to put it through twice
will get about 40 ton of chip and 4 cwt of scrap bolts and nails
country is awash with low grade chip as too expensive to process

Not many boilers will love all those nails!, dont think I would want them in an average chipper either.
If you know anyone with an old Farm 2000 type boiler , they may be glad to dispose of them
Cant you have a bonfire to celebrate your neighbours Jubilee!

Excavator break up and through your chipper ??

what do you do with all bolts and the hedgehog steel strengthening strips
they use this type of machine
and use white now as not ag or forestry
The machine in the pictures wouldn’t give you a chip spec the machines used are high speed swinging or fixed hammer shredders
I’ve only seen potato box’s with nails used which would be a concern but we used to run jenz 700 and would put greedy boards on hopper and chip pallets using worn blades no problem
