How old are they?

They weren't interested when ours started splitting. Tractor was a fair age though. There still on it. Just blow them up every few days.

What pressure have you been running them at?

sen it happen to the front tyres on loader tractors.Generally 15 to 20 psi.
Sadly I think it’s a lot to do with the brand in your case.
continentals rate with alliance tyres in my books.

kinda says alot. about. the old crossplys that kept going and going no tread left on them. and buggered. due to the sunlight wrecking the rubber
mind you crap on the road at higher speeds
You can still get crossplies so hey.
I used to go to a tyre guy every so often for my old job and the amount of buggered alliance tyres with a lot of thread on them was obscene, especially as they aren't that popular anyway. The wagon tyres where just as bad.

We are about to change a set of leaking Continental tyres. Been given a price for Verdeatein (£1940), BKT (£1842), Alliance (£1697), and CEAT (£1570). Going on a 90hp stockman tracror that does a little loader work. Any oppinions on these tyre brands?

CEAT at those prices - they are usually the same money as BKT.
