Silage panels

Anyone else come across this before ? What's caused it ? I'm not mentioning who's panels they are. New last yr.

That's a discrase for nearly new panels!

No I guessed that but I'd be on the phone even so!

I would guess there may be some movement between the panels. It only needs to flex minutely which could easily happen when filling the pit. Is the damage near the middle of the panel?

Varies some are. Weren't what I would call a good fit when they were installed. As though the forms were badly warped. Builders offered to swap them.

Its normally a pressure point where more weight is borne in one place, or a nip with the pallet forks moving them about that fetches a blister off the face like that.

Bottom one concreted in I presume? As others have said they flex a fair bit surprisingly, if joints wavy there would be too much pressure at points and would have caused this

Yeah bottom ones in a couple of inch of concrete
