I think that's unfair. He has occasionally posted the prices he is buying and/or selling at. That's a lot more than 99% of contributors provide.
Most, myself included (I neither sell nor buy), provide nothing other than rhetoric.
I asked for price 3 times .... then I gave up .
Maybe he doesn't want to sell to you, that's his perogative.
None of us are entitled to a quote if the vendor doesn't want to trade.
