About £3.50 a bale . £4 if it's a just a few. Our local garage has it on sale at £6 a bale and told me yesterday he us selling about 10 a week ! He has wheat straw at £4.50 ! A pet owner and his / her money is soon parted !

Trade at Sedge for forage/straw today was as flat as a pancake with approx 2/3rds unsold..

Two lots of round bale silage sold at £19/ bale and £10 bale..

Few lots of roundbale hay sold at £25/28 bale, most lots not even getting to £20 bale.
