Silage / Straw / Hay Price Tracker

Just been sat down reading the last few pages of this thread.
I think I’ve costed my first cut to £22 a bale for what will hopefully be 800 bales of horse quality haylage. We’re lucky we’re in a good area and have a good customer base. We use about 500 rounds ourself for our own horses and usually buy in around 1500 - 2000 hay and haylage.
Will be hoping for 400 bales of second cut if we can get first off in the next 3 weeks but not overly optimistic!

What's standing straw going to make?
My prediction will be 15-20 per cent less than last year.
Probably more chopped this year if the weather turns dodgy.
Peoples thoughts?

Good wheat £40/60 acre.

Good barley £60/80 acre.

Of course will vary a bit on location/ access/ combine etc.

Many fields around here ( both barley and wheat ) have areas that have gone down so that will affect the value of these fields.
