Can anyone give me an approximate value for (good) grass silage per tonne Shropshire area - not delivered. A rough cost of production would be helpful or if anyone has sold any what it went for.

£35/40/ton ex yard

Good silage (milking cow quality) tends to trade at around £1 per %DM in these parts. But have seen it sold for much less.
