Got some hay in quads, 120x70. Any idea what it’s worth? Cattle and sheep quality, not good enough for horses. Undecided to put it in our local straw auction. Deadline for entries is today! Also spring barley straw.

yes weather might be unkind, but very nearly in december, winters marching on, and farmers/dealers waiting for the price to go up further, are still holding on to it. Brave man to forecast the trade, down if a kind febuary.

Only just got the last of the cattle in here, will rattle though the straw in this damp weather we're having now, a lot of suckler cows still out locally though nowhere near peak straw use per day yet.
