Any prices for silage in bales. We selling some to a neighbour who does our contracting so don't want to rob him. Just no idea what it is worth.

Geography is everything - so would need to know which “north east” you’re in. Newcastle is gonna be more than Aberdeenshire, I’d reckon.


£20/bale

Seems fair. Maybe a bit less in Aberdeenshire.

Is there any straw to buy left out there? Should have had enough but poor spring and going down with TB has eaten away at what little reserve we had. Been feeding more silage but short on that because of the after effect of losing the maize in Autumn 19, it goes on and on doesn't it.

Where are you I may have some to sell. 4 string wheat straw
