@Neddy flanders how are things going?
Some years ago now I use to suffer from head hurting every time I coughed and that was quite often.
Eventually went to the doctor and after time was refered to a surgeon for an op on clearing my synus's. Morning of the op meeting the surgeon he was saying it was probably not going to help my problem but would be going ahead with the op.
After the op the surgeon was one of the first people I saw, he explained that they had to open up the drain access to the synus and also put an access hole through my eye brow to be able to complete what was necessary.
As said after many years I dont get any pain when I now cough but more of a suprise is that i never seem to need to cough anymore merhaps only once or twice since op and that must be over 6 years ago.
