Sinusitis

I had this for nine years or so and countless doctor visits and steroid sprays etc. proved fruitless. I had to take matters into my pwn hands as I was getting nowhere with the doctor or ENT. I tried a capsaicin based spray that almost blew my head off and didn't help so I was reluctant to try another in case it was another waste of money. However this other natural nasal spray had a sixty day refund policy if it didn't work so I thought what the heck why not. The sinnamon, cumin and tea tree in the spray smelled funny to me but I gave it a go and haven't looked back since. I would recommend this spray to anyone if only I stopped forgetting the darned name of the thing.

Wife had acupuncture for persistent sinusitis.

Seemed to work.

Find a competent acupuncture practitioner, some are better than others.
In other words a Chinese one. Apparently the course to learn how to be an acupuncturist in this country is around 5 months. The course to learn it in China is 5 years! I had some from a Chinese Dr. for back problems and it worked really well.
Mind you, l am biased, my wife is Chinese. 😉

Thanks for all the help and advice. Bizarrely it's gone.

Not sure how or why. Have stopped using grain bins. Not sure if that's reason
Be careful because it starts occasional until it becomes chronic. Same with the sprays, they work at first but then make things worse.
Two weeks ago I had turbinates surgery....we'll see in a few months if it was enough to fix the problem.

Do Not read near a meal time. Government health warning: this isn’t nice.
I was advised by doc that hot steamy air from a shower or a bowl with a towel over your head and deep breaths was a good way to relieve symptoms.
However to stop getting sinusitis in the first place the advice was to sniff up hot water in the shower, from the palm of your hand, and then blow it out.
Then have a rest and swallow to make sure ears don’t pop before doing the other nostril.
No one believes me, but it works and I hardly ever suffer now. Brilliant tip and no cost!

Go to Savers they have 900mg Garlic tablets 30 for £2. Take 2 then one every morning. that will loosen it off. Friend had same problem which caused migraines. Went private. He was told to boil water to sterilise it and then use a syringe to irrigate his nose. Keep doing it till the water goes down your throat. He does that every night and now has no blockages or migraines. Worth a try.

Despite an average growing year for most crops, many growers managed to go above and beyond their predicted max yields, with Lincolnshire grower Tim Lamyman taking the top spots for his wheat yields and his world record breaking winter barley yield.

The highest cereal and oilseed yields achieved at harvest 2021 were announced at this year’s Yield Enhancement Network (YEN) Awards on Wednesday 24th November at the Croptec Show. With award presentations by Tom Bradshaw, Vice President of NFU, 24 farms took home the evening’s top awards for highest yield and highest potential yield achieved for wheat, winter and spring barley, oats, and oilseed. The 2021 winners came from all corners of the UK, as well as from as far afield as Finland and New Zealand.

Familiar names from 2020 made the...
