Sitrex/Sitrek Haybob

Hiya
Please could anyone help me
I am struggling immensely
I HAD an old PZ Haybob(narrow wheels) and found it Ok, but it has broke and knackered, and at this crucial time of year too!!ARRGGH
Sooo,am now using a Sitrex/Sitrek Haybob,
It is very similar and does an Ok job,and uses the same type of tines as PZ.
But,please could some one tell me how on earth you change a knackered spring for the tines?
Without using a grinder and skining you fingers and knuckles
I can do a PZ one with me eyes closed,a doddle, but on this one I can't get the holder to bend over far enough back to get enough 'spring' on the spring!!!I have a quite a few to do..
There has to be an easier way or a trick to do it.
Any diagrams or helpful hints before I loose more skin....
Thanks v much.

Take off old spring and tine.
Under the tine holder there is a nut and spring type washer, Unbolt.
Take to a vice and put on a new spring, secure with roll pin. (have the tine holder in the vice upside down and knock roll pin down just like a PZ haybob)
Put other end of spring with the hook into the vice, Turn tine holder around to tension the spring.
Use a pair of mole grips to hold the end of the spring against the tine holder.
Take to the haybob, the threaded bolt will go back into the hole and the spring will slot into its hole.
Tighten the nut underneath, remove mole grips and put tine back on.
Will be easy when you have done a couple.

thanks.
will try those sugestions later.
i do take the whole thing out,and undo the bottom nut so the complete assembly is free....
i can get it in the roll pin,no problemo, its getting the other end to hook in the lil hole to tension the spring is the trouble.not as easy as a pz.but will persevere and try again.such a menace.
thanks.

Really, sitrex springs!. Are they subtly different to PZ ones...look similar.i notice,on this sitrex machine,it has lil pegs to stop the tine holder going all the way down, when working, unlike the old PZ one.should prolong the life of spring which really means less agro. ..perhaps.

Hay!!
Kinda mastered it...abit.
gotta have a hooky thing-soft wire is helpful,to pull and wangle the spring round to hook in under.
done a few springs..and ..got more springs to do..
thanks.
