I would have a slight preference for a solid central support wall with a gap at each end, easier mixed. Similar cost wish to columns and precast beams. Tank would be shuttered in situ. Bubbler would be great but would add 10k to the cost

Would a bubbler be necessary on an outside tank? Should be pretty wet and no roof to concentrate the gassed when mixing.

Not necessary, just a nice added extra, gives you the flexibility to spread a bit here and there without remixing

Bubbler and galvanise everything, bubbler very sore on steel and tin.
Same idea as Mr A.G but open front shed get the air in round them. Back gates opening out to passage and crush big enough to hold a full pen never have to leave the shed, 2 way gates onto passage so one man can work it.
Agree with a wall up the middle, piers in a tank are a nightmare you think you have the tank mixed them another lump comes down.
